Sent fake gas vouchers and tried to take $299.95 out of my account for health discount card

I received a letter saying i had joined a health net company and that i was getting $100 in gas vouchers free that i only had 7 days to review and cancel or my bank account would be debted $299.95. I have been calling the number on the letter all day and all i get is a busy signal. I have never even heard of this company before let alone how they got my information.
This is worse than a ripoff this is theft. I would be more than happy to talk to the media or the authorities about this company
