Jordan Publishing tricked a senior citizen with a so call "Free trail period"

On April 11 I was brousing the internet and I came on to a advertisment for Free Foreclosure Listings. I am a senior citizen so I carefully and slowly opened their site. After the last step, I tried to get back in and I was unalbe to get a valid web site or phone number. I panic. No accessable numbers I thought, this is a fraudulent program. I tried to cancel it immediately, but my reply to their web site came back"Mailer Failure". Now I was really panicing. Could not find a number. On April 18, the day after the day trail, I finally received a email stating that I was charged $297.00.

I tried to dispute the item with my bank, but Jordan declined everything. They showed no compansion for an umemployed senior that did not want this service.
