I ordered 2 products from this bunch and got a reply when I complained that they would send my refund request to the processing department.instead of a refund, I discovered that they charged my credit card again!
You order, don't get the product, then get charged twice when you complain. All this bille thru Jordan Publishing... So I suspect them also. Beware!
