Scam and cheating

I'm more than pissed right now, I ordered a game to add to my collection of adventure games and Canadian customs not only opened the shipping box but they opened the game box and damaged it as well. The flap that closes the top is all bent now and the seal is cut. I ordered this to keep it sealed and add to my games collection now I don't know what the * to do, I have to order another one and hope this doesn't happen again??? This is crap, why would they open the game as well and bend it to heck? Anyone know where I can call to directly talk with someone at customs?
