Most unprofessional money hungry and incompetent Company I have ever dealt with. Watch out, they make sure your good credit is ruined

My Nightmare began when my mortgage was passed on to AHMSI.
I had perfect credit when I purchased my home my score was 760 until AHMSI came into my life. Never missed a payment always on time. Guess what, I work in Financials, I understand how things work. One day I received a Registered Letter claiming I owe more than $5000.00. Of course I called right away to find out what was going on. That's when it all started to go downhill. I have talked to many Representatives of the Company, wrote and faxed letters to resolve the issue, by the way they gave away my house payment to taxes without me knowing that I owed extra taxes. It has now been almost 5 months and my problem is still not resolved. My letters receive no resolute response. If I fax a letter upon their request they claim they did not receive it. I wrote a two page letter to AHMSI. No response! All they are interested is mailing forclosure notification. The funny thing is I continue making the payments they request, in a timely manner. Every month the payment amount changes. It seems that nobody knows what they are doing. Each person I talk to either yells and screams at me and givers me the absolute runaround. The last time I spoke to one of their Reps I was on the phone at leas 3hrs. My problem is still ongoing. They have no room for negotiation no matter what I do. Funny thing, the had just filed earlier in the year for chapter 11. So I wonder, if they were incapable of taking care of their own finances, how can they take care of mine. If there is a Class Action Lawsuit against them I am ready to jump on board.
I am at the end of my rope with these people.
