Beware! Fraudulent Company!

We hired this company to manage our rental property, under the management of Edward Wilt, aka Wayne Wilt, aka Eddie Mehalick. Their management service was cheap compared to other local rental companies because it came with a price... Your entire MONTHLY PAYMENTS!!! They received payments from our tenants but did not remit them to us.
Furthermore, they advised our tenants that if they're interested in later owning the property, they can add $200 to their monthly payments. Ofcourse, we did not know about this until we spoke to the tenants later on.
When we tried to contact them, they just vanished! Their website was gone, their phonelines were cut off, they did not respond to any of our email messages.
DO NOT TRANSACT BUSINESS WITH THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY NOR ANY OF THEIR AFFILIATES!!! Take this as a friendly advise from owners who are now having legal headaches with these people.
