Sham company that routinly Rips it's customers off! Low life, shiesty, deceitful, poor excuse for a human owner! Stay away from mercier's tree experts!

To anyone that is thinking about doing business with Mercier's Tree Expert's of Harman's, MD think again. I dealt with this company personally throught my organization and there are some things you should know before considering them. There is so many reason I could go into to not deal with this company or their piece of shit owner (Craig A. Mercier) that I could go on forever. So I'm just going to sum it up with a few highlights that I have been witness to.

First and foremost I would like to talk about the company as a whole. They are an untrue to their business agreements. Their contracts are pretty much a joke if the owners sees that something would benefit him more to change it without notice. Craig A. Mercier is not only the owner, but also the person who makes the final decision as far as discretion on their jobs and the contracts made between Mercier's Tree Experts and it's customers. (Shocker that they don't have an outside sorce handel their legal agreements. That's for a reason. So he can screw you.)

He is a slimy, vindictive, greedy, low life, lying bastard who has made a pact with the devil for sure. This man is truly looking out for himself and his precious money that he has made by screwing many of his customers. I really don't know how he sleeps at night. Many people, especially at my organization would like to see him go under for all the bull sh*t he feed and the untruth on his follow through and guarantee's.

He posts a big fisade all over his slapped together company with false statements and talks up their practices and services. I would now like to quote a few peices of information I have copied from the Mercier's website: (www.merciers.com) "competive pricing, quality, and service surpassed by none" (pfft. Pure Bull Sh*t!) Here's another: "Our safety-concious employees and modern equipment combine to deliver superior results for our customers." (Okay maybe their equipment is modern, but that's simply because Craig A. Mercier routinely robs his customers on daily bases and can afford the flashy equipment. I can attest that they sure as hell don't deliver superior results for thier customers.)

The company's website (www.merciers.com) is the biggest sham of all. Be sure to check out all of the crap lies they feed you as well as some great photo's of the company's employee's hard at work. They obviously have carefully choreographed and rehursed these photo opps to impress the unsuspecting Joe Shmoe into thinking their a wonderful trustworthy company to deal with. Think again.

To quote a few more exerts from the Mercier's website: "On-going employee training, coupled with seasoned line management, allows Mercier's Inc. To deliver projects safely and efficiently." (Once again Pure Bull Sh*t! Upon an investigation that I personally did for my organization, some of their employee's "supposed" license and certifications to perform certain jobs didn't quite all measure up.in fact, most of them didn't at all.) Surprising huh?

Most of Mercier Tree Experts employee's look to be a pack of losers. Several could possibly be illegals. I'm sure Mr. Mercier is cutting some corners with uncle sam to make sure he can employ them. What a guy right? Wrong!!!

To conclude my rant on this poor excuse for a company and their piece of shit owner; I, nor anyone affiliated with my organization will never deal with this con-artist based business ever again.in fact, we will go out of our way to make it known what type of real a*hole Craig A. Mercier is and the poor business practices and ethics demonstrated by his company and their crock of shit contracts. I for one would love to see this company go under. Who's with me?
