This company was referred to our family by a local neighbor. We welcomed Tony into our home with open, trusting arms. We even considered living abroad while the work took place. That would have been the mistake of a lifetime.
Each phase of the project was spelled out down to the last detail. Expectations were set and Tony routinely fell short on the most basic required tasks. Subcontractors with no experience were brought onto the job with no supervision. Tony was out of contact for months at a time. When we began to raise our concerns, he called us difficult clients. We had private investigators tracking this flake down and have engaged a lawyer to nail him for the shoddy workmanship on multiple projects within this job.
I would never recommend this poor excuse of a man to come anywhere near your home or family.in addition, during the major construction phase of the project, the subcontracted plumber ran a hose into the kitchen and flooded the entire downstairs. The Police were called and found that the Camera System that was to be set up for just this sort of disaster had been disconnected.
This contractor sullies the name of ever other professional in California.
