Owners and Subcontractors, BEWARE!

Construction & Repair

Norquay Construction, Inc. Is a commercial general contractor with a non-responsive President/CEO and at least one lazy, incompetent project manager.

They have no idea how to manage a construction project.

They don't pay their subcontractors.

They have a very lazy project manager named Ken Hawk, who threatened he "would make sure (we) would never get another job in Arizona if we back-charged him for the additional hours" caused by his mismanagement, laziness, and incompetence. Because Ken would not do his job, we had to instruct and provide drawings for the multiple electrical contractors they tried to hire just to get conduit installed for our portion of the project. Nobody at Norquay had any idea whether conduit was installed per plans and specs or not! They repeatedly instructed us to run wire where no conduit existed, or where conduit was incomplete!

It's easy to understand why the multiple electrical contractors they tried to hire refused to show up!

Neither Ken Hawk or the President/CEO, Kenneth Keeler, responded to my letters regarding and demanding payment. Kenneth Keeler is also the President/CEO of Prime Home Builders Inc. That operates out of the same office.
