Deceptive Irresponsible Liars Beware believing anything they say!

Became a resident in Oct and Lakeshore Apartments in Eastlake Ohio. Had to transfer to Bedford Place Apartments in North Canton Ohio. Was laid off job received job in Columbus and moved to Harvest Grove Apartments at the end of November. Signed lease for two bed two bath apartment that ran me 699 month plus utilities and a 300 dollars security deposit. At the end of July my fiance and I started looking at houses. Found one that was perfect and that we wanted. I went to Carrie the office manager there and said listen I need to know what my options are in regards to this lease. She stated that since it is a two bed two bath apartment she would have no problem leasing it out again. Was told that I had to give my thirty day notice and I did on August 12th and paid up to Sept 12th plus the full months untilities. Even though moved out and did final walk through on Sept 2nd. Was told at time that "she should hire to do the cleaning" and I would be recieving my security deposit back in about 30 days. Talked to her about a week after the 12th after recieving a bill saying I owed them about 1300 dollars, was told then I would be getting a new bill and would have my money in my hand by October 16th at the latest. October 16th came have yet to see my money. Talked to customer service in regards to this and talked to Carrie again. Was now told that people did not sign lease until the first of October and that I am responsible for it. Even though I have a witness saying stuff was being moved in there before first. Carrie stated "it didn't even click with me to call you" in regards to any of this. I called customer service back and still have no word in regards to what is happening and when I will be receiving my money back.
