Gary Gruenberg Perfumefreezone.com took my money & never delivered my order, won't reply to phone calls / emails for 6 weeks now

Through google I looked for a specific set of shades, Perfumefreezone.com created the very best cost which appeared perhaps to become too-good to become accurate. I wrote for their customer support e-mail requesting when the item was genuine and just how these were ready to market products at this type of great value. They published back instantly having a blurb about purchasing wholesale and moving across the savings. Seemed legit and so I put my order on 9/3/08, I received an order confirmation and all seemed in order.

I never received a contact with delivery data whilst the website claims may happen and so I sent for order status. They responded stating it'd deliver the next week. I sent them again following the week choose to go by without any reaction, I sent daily thinking fundamentally they'd create back. There's NO telephone # on the internet site-so one reaches the mercy of mail conversation.

2-3 weeks passed still composing them daily without any response. I came across their organization information on the web & discovered a telephone #, named it and somebody responded. He ripped up my purchase and stated it seemed to be dropped in shipping & he'd warm hurry another set in the manufacturer in my experience and deliver a contact using the specifics. It has been another 14 days without any response to my calls, no answer my voicemails, no reaction to emails. I've today required on the voicemail a reimbursement & phone confirming they've completed this. I don't know how individuals such as this retain in company by tearing innocent clients off.
