Lazy Movers-Non-English speaking - Must point to items to be moved

This company claims to have "professional movers". There was a boss and two workers that arrived at my home on Oct 11th at 8:25am. I had to continuously tell the works to stop standing around and point to items that needed to be moved because they didn't speak any english. I also pre-warned the movers that the only way they would be able to get my sofa out of the doorway way to remove the actual door. They looked at me like I didn't know what I was talking about and continued to try and force my sofa thru the door anyway. After many failed attempts they decided to remove that door. Please keep in mind, this company (like many others) charges by the hour. Therefore, time is money. So alot of time and money has been wasted by this point.

Secondly, I told the moving company that I had large King size furniture in my bedroom. Two of the movers were very small in size and struggled tremendously trying to get my armoire down the stairs. (previous moving companies had no problem whatsoever). This of course took alot more time.

My major complaint is that I moved from a ONE bedroom apartment to a house. So as you can imagine, I didn't have that much furniture to be moved. It took them 5 1/2 hours to move a bed, armoire, sofa, loveseat, dinnette set and two nightstands. THAT'S IT!!!

Then, once all the furniture was moved into the new location, the movers refused to reassemble my bed.

I should not have been charged and extra hour and a half. I want my money back. This was a horrible experience.
