Billed for services not done

This company billed me for services that were not performed. They cleaned our air ducts and we were billed for two access panels and two covers for the access panels. However, they only created one access panel and used one cover. The panels were 34.95 a piece and the covers were 15.00 a piece.including tax, I was billed and extra 52.95. My wife first contacted the company about the dispute and they hung up on her. I also attempted to contact them and they refused to settle the billing error.
