Kept my money and never did any work

American Marine in Fort Mill, SC stole my good faith down payment money to do a repair job on my boat.

I paid 57% up front with the balance due at completion. The repair was never completed; the repair was never started. At first I was given excuses, then after awhile my phone calls went unanswered.

I was lucky just to get my boat back as it was locked in an enclosure that was only open during business hours which I found was not very often. And Woody would not return my money, even after he said he would.

I will have to sue to get my money back, but I found I would have to stand in line because there were quite a few people in a similar situation with American Marine down at the court house.
