Rhonda Bunton Breach of Contract

On 8/14 I signed a contract with Lush and Lush PR to participate in a Celebrity Gift basket. Shortly after signeing the contract I mailed by product to Luash and Luxe that was to be included in the basket. The basket was to be delivered to the celebrity on 9/8. On 9/26 I sent Rhonda Buntong (the owner) an email asking when I would recieve the photo of the basket and the press release. Her contract stipulates that I would receive these items. I did not receive a response. On 10/03 I sent another email asking when I would recevice the photo and pess release. Again, no response.

On 10/9 I sent an email to Rhonda expressing my disappointment in her lack of follow through and responsiveness to my emails. I also told her I felt her conduct has been extremely unprofessional. She replied to this email, and informed me that I had insulted the integrity of her staff and that she was removing my company from the promotion of this gift basket and refund me $25. The $25 was the cost of participation.

I explained to Rhonda that not only did I pay the $25 participation fee, I sent you $42 in product and paid $10.05 to ship it to her, and she has not given me anything in return. I have no proof of this basket beign created or sent. There are no pictures on her web site, no press release. Nothing. She has REFUSED to send me these items as the contract stipulates.

She has accuses me of trying to extort money from her. I have invested $77.05 with her company and have nothing to show for it. Unless she provides the press release and photo, I expect a full refund of all monies I have invested.
