In white marsh mall in baltimore county md there are kiosks/carts that sell merchandise. Two kiosks are known as hot headz (sunglasses) and natural remedies (eye packs, etc) that are operated by professional communications, inc in dundalk.

The owner / operators are dawn lynch and a mr. Henry carbone? Anyhow, i started working for them on march 5. They constantly called the cart to see what i was doing and how much money was made. Sometime when they called i was away at the restroom. They harassed me about that. Do they expect someone to sit in a chair for 6 hours and never move or use the restroom!? Wed 3-14 they called while i was away, but a friend was watching my cart. She called back yelling about me not being there.

The next day i had a bad feeling. The late shift employee (5-930pm) called me at 2pm saying she was coming in at 3pm and asked why. I didnt know anything except that my shift was over at 5pm. I called dawn and was told my hours were being cut because i was not there when she or henry called.

They don't understand the whole bathroom thing. Everyone in the mall said she was a _itch to work for and now i know why. I advised her i was leaving if she cut my hours.

She also made a comment that if i have any type of surgery (in april) and had to use crutches for a few days that she would not keep my job for me. She has "no use for any handicap people" anyhow they owed me my wages for 22.5 hours worked.

The next day was friday 16th. Well, here it is the 28th of march i have not yet been paid. The guy henry keeps saying he may pay me but don't really care cause he has lots of money and lawyers.

He is a real jerk to say the least. An attorney advised me to file civil and criminal charges. But first i had to send a certified letter to them demanding payment. I sent it on monday 26th. No word yet!

They hire people to work the carts, don't give any type of restroom breaks and then screw them over. I was never given any paperwork to fill out for taxes. I was paid in cash (under the table) the weeks prior.

The dept of labor needs to know this man operates many kiosks/carts in white marsh mall, the inner harbor and other local malls. I am not the first person they have done this to. I want everyone to know just how dishonest and crooked these people really are.

I will have my day in court and i hope he loses more than 22.5 hours of wages.
