Will not let me use a store credit that was issued after a return saying that it is not valid. Company refuses to call back or return e-mails to resolve issue

Was issued a store credit after the return of merchandise. When I tried to use the credit, I got a call saying that it was not valid. I have left 5 messages and sent 3 e-mails to resolve this issue and no one has bothered to respond. I have sent proof of the store credit via fax and still have not heard from anyone. At the very least, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not buy from the website!!!
