Rip-off deceptive company

Got sent a email to a web site advertiseing a platinum gold credit card with 0% apr for one year. I filled out info. On web site and they sent me invitation card in mail saying they got my platinum gold card on hold and send one time membership rush delivery fee of $49 to get credit card rushed to me.

Sent and payed $1.00 plus $49.00 for a money order and sent it to them on Dec. 18/02. A couple of weeks later I get this package from them in the mail with a plastic card from their Co. And a catalog of glass figures I can buy from their Co. It was not the credit card they said they would send to me. It wasent a credit card at all.

I payed a nother $8.55 to send it back to them and a letter to them saying I wanted my $49.00 back plus $1.00 money order fee that I payed, plus the $8.55 I payed to send it all back to them. I have not heared back from them since. I called the B.B.B.in Fla. They are sending me a form in the mail so I can file with them.
