HE Agency or High End Agency and Louis Zarel, supposed real name is Louis Leraz or Louis LeRaz are Frauds and Louis is a con man and scam artist.
Louis preys on young women and men by promising work in there fields and his many contacts in the industry are all LIE's. He draws them in with promises or regular work and money. He stays intouch for about a month or two until he gets money from you then he disappears. Louis uses an "800" service for his cell phone so you can never get his real cell phone number.
HE Agency does not exist. There is no physical address, no telephone number and all emails sent to the supposed different departments all go to Louis.
He has no partners or employees, only clients he expects to con out their money.
HE Agency illegally uses the pending trademark symbol after the company name (TM). There is no filing with the US office of patents and trademarks for a trademark on the name... Just another Scam.
He changes business names and telephone numbers regularly. Previous business name two years ago was HE Entertainment. Obviously he has to change names as people he's ripped off catch up to him.
Louis is a COWARD, THIEF and CON Man. Steals money from Children and hides like a rat!
