Ripped Off after several months of cancelling! Ripoff business from hell

This was an agressive "sell" and during the three days I cancelled my contract. I was told that all contracts were closed and that the bank would not be charged anything for the monthly payments.
On January 17th, there was a bank charge of $1.50 and on the 21st another charge of $139.95 which would have been the amount of monthly payments. They have no right to this money and will not return it.
