My Debit card was charged $250.00 on July. I did not pay much attention. I asked myself what this charge was and went to the bank and ask if they had any information about this charge. To no avail. I was never charged again until today.

I was downloading my bank statement and I was charged again 250.00 dollars by MWI*Galleria USA.
I do not know what to do. I can not cancel my debit card it is a foreign card. What can be done?
