Don't buy insulin, pay your bill

Received a call from DCS threatening me with garnishment. I explained I was disabled and living on SSD. The employee gave me the lowest payment amount later, which, I found to be a lie. She could have given me a lower payment amount.

I explained that I could make the high payment amount and still buy my insulin for diabetes. She said she didn't care and if I had to go without my insulin to pay this bill, so be it. Shocking!!!
