Took $787.63 out of my account without permission. Left no money for food, rent or gas GREENWOOD VILLAGE Colorado

We recieved empty boxes with no explaination what they were for or when they were due. The next day after receiving the boxes they took out $787.63 from my Bank of America Account. The Direct TV was in my husbands name and he did not authorized them to even take any money out. Bank of America would not allow me to file a dispute. They told me that I needed to speak with Direct TV. Direct TV would not co-operate saying that they needed to see the boxes first. I told them to take what I owed plus they took extra fees, but to but I need the $450 extra to pay for my rent. They would not co-operate. I just ran over to FEDX to return the equiptment. I am very upset with Bank of America for not supporting me, since they would not even allow me to have a fraudulent form sent to me.
