Is misleading when the solicit on the phone

Was called and told Broadview was the wholesale carrier for Verizon and that due to new regulations my bill would now be 40% less. I thanked the man calling, but before I could hang up, he said he had to confirm some things. One of the things was that I was choosing Broadview for my new carrier. I immediately said "no" and they hung up. I have read other complaints about this company. I called the company and suggested they inform their employees to be upfront with prospective customers. They should be told at the beginning of the conversation that Broadview is NOT Verizon. I light of the other complaints I have read about this company, I do believe they are intentionally misleading prospects.
