I purchased a DVD from this company and never received the item. I made several attempts to contact the company via e-mail and telephone with no results. My results with the telephone contact were the same as the other postings, (prompted to voice mail then directed that voicemail was full.)

I have filed a dispute with Paypal to assist in this matter. If no results, I will file a claim to recoop my losses. I also will urge Paypal to drop this company from it's list of participants do to their increased volume of complaints.
