Ordered products - never received - contact form broken - phone is to a warehouse

My wife ordered t-shirts from Engish.com a LONG time ago. After 2 weeks we had received nothing but a confirmation number via email.

Our order # gave us an error when checking the status on their website. Sending an email to support gave us a message that the email address was no longer valid.

Calling the phone number listed on the order put us in touch with a lady who said Engrish.com no longer uses that particular warehouse and she would try to contact the owner.

There is no other method for contacting Engrish.com directly than these 2 non-functional methods.

I posted a complaint on their forums and then suddenly we received an email from the former warehouse on Sept. 17th saying they had contacted the owner and everything would be cleared up immediately. It's now Sept. 23rd and we've still NEVER heard from ANYONE at ENGRISH.com

I have asked the former warehouse to help us get a refund, but there's only so much they can do since they are only a warehouse and not affiliated with Engrish.com.

I would strongly urge people to avoid ordering products from Engrish.com.
