I ordered what I thought were two Longchamp bags at a dramatically lower than normal price from this web site. When the bags arrived, they looked very similar to the advertised products, but they turned out to be fakes.

The web site outlines a return policy that doesn't exist on the pages it directs you to. Also, on ordering, they offer "free shipping" for orders over $100 which is not applied to the order total on checkout.

Only after receiving the fake merch and discovering that I'd been ripped off, I went to the about us page on the site and can now see that what they say about their "company" is in some of the most horrifically translated Engrish that you'll find anywhere.

These scammers are pretty good. Just after ordering, I received an email from sitecomplaint.com suggesting that if I had any complaints about the site, that I could lodge them at the web site. If you do a whois search on both sites, it's the same registrant for both!

How does one get a refund from scams like this?
