I purchased $80 worth of baby shower favors and never received them.

When I went back to the web site to inquire about my order, they site was no longer up. I had paid through PayPal so I reported it. PayPal said I "won" my case, but the account of the company had no money in it so they could not refund me. PayPal was worthless in their promises to protect your purchase.

The company, partytimefavor.com, is now back up and you can make purchases, but there is no address or telephone number to contact them and my emails to them have gone unanswered. You would think that PayPal would continue to try to contact them, but they have not.in addition, PayPal is again listed as a form of payment on the web site for this company.

Stay away from these dishonest people - partytimefavor.com.
