Is this company a scam?

I recieved a letter from Ferguson and Snyder on September 15. I live nearby and decided to stop in to talk about what I could do to fix this. Imagine my surprise when I got there, and it was the UPS store! What kind of business are these people running? Doesn't a real business have an office? Now no one is answering there phone, and the voicemail sounds like my mom's verizon cell phone! I'm sure glad I didn't mail in my money! I just wanted to make sure other people were warned.
