Very rude attendants that worked there. Acted like I was a bother because my gas pump shut off and they embarassed me in a store full of customers

Tried to get gas on 08/15/08 @4:00pm when the gas pump shut off and only gave me. 20 cents. I went and told the attendant that worked there that it only gave me. 20cents and it would not come back on and she said "I'm sorry but it does not come up a error on my register and I told her I would try it again, but with no luck.

SO I went back in the store again and she told me again there was no error and I asked her if I could switch pumps and she acted infuriated with me so I told her which one I was going to and I really don't think she even turned the pump on because that one did not work either. So I went back into the store and ask her nicely if I could get my money back to go somewhere else and then this other big blond hair girl started fussing at me telling me that I didn't hit cancel and I didn't understand about the gas and I told her "Look all I tried to do is come here and get gas and the girl that took my money after I had been in here 3 times told me in front of alot of customers said "I didn't have to turn the pump on for you at all" and I then said "Excuse me" and she said "You heard me" and I said look just give me my money back and I will glady go somewhere else. While the other girl was still fussing and carrying on while I was walking out the door.

I have been there times before the gas was bad to see them act ugly to other customers and these 2 girls definately do not need to be in customer service and if it were not for customers they would not have a jobl. These are the rudest individuals that I have ever encountered at this store in my life and I hope someone gets these 2 employees out of this store and I think that this store would definately do alot better. Courteous goes along way in life which they definately don't have.
