Criminal attorney beware do not hire this attorney to represent you!

Nov I found out the company I had retired from was bringing criminal charges against for embezzlement. I hired Chuck Farano to represent me and to contact the company to find out what they had and to negoiate with them. He never contacted them, so the company thinking I was ignoring them went ahead and filed criminal charges with the Attorney General. I wanted to plead innocent but Mr Farano said to plead guility and pay a restitution of big $ and I wouldn't go to prison and the matter would be ended.

Well to my surprise he lied! After paying the money the Attorney General went ahead and sent me to prison. Now that I am home I have been contacted by a civil attorney saying the company wants more money. Mr Farano never got a signed release from the company when I paid the money. Also the judge had asked him to turn in reports on my medical and other pertinent information and he negligented to do that, he said to the Judge " I am sure I turned the paper work in" and the judge responded by saying if you had it would be here. He never defended me with the media when they called, told me not to talk to them that he would but he never did. So I never was able to question the company and their records or defend myself to the media so everyone thought of me as guility. You would make a big mistake trusting your life with this attorney! Don't trust anything he says and make no mistake the man does nothing for you!
