Crooked Attorney Taking Bribes

I was accused of evading arrest when I was 20 yrs old. I was in school and had skipped my last class to come home and sleep before I went to work. 45 min after I got home, a cop knocked on my door and arrested me. He said that I ran from him. That was NOT true. I was asleep when he said it happened. The weirdest thing is that he said it happened as I should have been getting out of school (but I skipped). My dad highly suggested this attorney, Cherie Meese, to represent me in court. I had never had a criminal record, in fact I had been in a christian school my entire life. I had a few speeding tickets but that was all. This attorney took $1500 from me and allowed the judge to put a felony on my record without arguement.

I know what happened. My mom and dad are divorced. They are both remarried but my dad can't stand it that my mom is having a baby. My dad bartered with the cop that arrested me. He told him he would fix his cars (he's a mechanic) if he would keep me from going to see my mom in another state when she had a baby. He told me that the attorney was a really good friend of his and she could get anything done that he wanted done. Well he wanted to keep me away from my mom so she allowed a felony to be put on my record without argument to the judge. I was only 19 when I was arrested. I was 20 when it came to court. I had no idea what that meant. Now that I am 21, my stopped paying for my college because I was living with my mom so I was forced to get a job. I can't get a job anywhere because no one hires with a felony on your record.

My mom called the district attorney who said that it was the attorney's job to have a diversion added to the plea agreement in court, that any good attorney would have that done. What do you know, mine did not do that.
So I am stuck with a felony on my record for the rest of my life. I have been told that I can't go to school because when I get out, I can't get a job with the felony on my record. I can't get one now. I have been told that all I can do is open up my own business and without money I can't do that either.

So basically my life is ruined because my dad wanted to play "God". The attorney didn't do what she was supposed to do. I can't believe she even made it out of law school. She must have gotten her law license at WalMart. If I could prove that my dad was bartering for his own good to be in control of other people and bartered with the attorney to screw me, I could get somewhere but it is their word against mine (what I know), so nothing will ever be done but I advise anyone that wants to be represented in court the CORRECT way, to find a descent attorney that can help you because CHERIE MEESE cannot and will not.
