Rip-off! Promised representation and took money but did not represent me. Nationwide

I joined PrePaid Legal Services when I needed an attorney to represent me. I have two active EEO complaints and both are with the Administrative Judge at EEOC. When I first met with the attorney that was assigned to me, she asked for $1000 down on the legal fees. Throughout discovery/interrigorities, I wrote/typed everything and e-mailed them. All the attorney had to do is put my writings in the proper format.

When the Administrative Judge ordered a settlement hearing I thought that the attorney was going to attend and support my position. The attorney had nothing to say to help me and wanted me to agree to drop the issues and retire. So far, I have paid the attorney $9000 and I have nothing to show for it. I now have no representation and my account is missing $9000. The attorney did not listen when I requested something, and she was only going to ask for the relief that she wanted.
