Charged me twice for a dress and would not return my calls for cancellation

Shops, Products, Services

I placed an order for a dress that was listed "In stock and ready to Ship" There was no posted verbiage saying that dresses take anywhere from 8-12 weeks to deliver. I callled the order status number within minutes of placing my order to check on delivery and was told the dress would be weeks, I don't know why they bother asking when the event will be? I was told to email the eCommerce department with my order number and billing address and they would process a cancellation. Within days my bank account was charged twice for this dress and I have yet to receive any confirmation for the cancellation. I spoke with someone at the company who is supposed to be giving my number to the person I spoke with Friday and she instructed me to re-email my cancellation information to include the other order number. I never ordered this dress twice. I have already contacted my bank and have filled out a credit card dispute form. This is very bad business practice and the woman I spoke with today had no clue what she was doing and was very rude. I have been charged $405 for a dress I cancelled 5 days ago and they act like it is no big deal.
