Awful quality products

This store is only a few months old and I have already seen many customers get "very unhappy" with the MEAT department. Today Sunday 9/14/08 I watched as 7 to 10 people waited for service the guy's there just seem to screw around and they don't do their job very well.

Anyway I wanted some steaks and I knew I was not gonna get any help from these guy's... So I grabbed two family packs of steak and 10 minutes later as I was checking out the noticed the meat was brown on the edges towards the underside and had bits and kibbles from perhaps some other meat is was gross!

I told the lady cashier and she said: oh, that's normal" I had her take it off my bill and gave it back. I am 42 that is not normal to sell bad meat as good meat at full price. I have seen day old meat for a price break... That looked better.

The butcher needs to be retrained or fired!!!
