Ripping Off Customers. Stealing from Customers Ripoff

I went to the Piggly Wiggly on Plank Rd., in Baton Rouge. I picked out 2 whole New York Strip Steaks. I asked the butcher if he could cut them into 1" steaks. I noticed through the closed doors that were partly opened, that the butcher was cutting up my steaks and putting some aside. I couldn't believe it. I had just caught him. On the second one, he caught me peeping through the door and it seemed like he ceased stealing the meat off my whole steaks. I had taken my time to pick out two whole packs of steaks, not to have the butcher steal my meat. I confronted the manager and he defended the butcher, saying he was trimming off fat. The manager wasn't even back there, he was stocking an isle when I confronted him. I told him that he should re-weigh my meat, and adjusted the price for the meat the butcher stole. They had cut off the old lable off the whole steaks, and were charging me for meat the butcher was taking. When the manager re-weighed the steaks, the original price that they were going to charge me for was, $38.25, when he re-weighed it after the butcher took his meat, it was $29.78.. The second one (which the butcher caught me looking) was original $29.66, then after the adjustment was $26.42. I saved the labels to show people how Piggly Wiggly rips off customers. The manager defends this as the butcher was just trimming off fat. I picked Those steaks out and wanted all my steaks. They take your meat, then charge you for them to have your meat. This is de-frauding the customers. If I hadn't peeked through the crack in the door opening, they would have ripped me off approximately $11.00 of meat. Then were charging me for it. This is wrong. They admitted doing it to other customers, they say most people appreciate them trimming up their steaks. I think most people appreciate getting what they pay for, and not donating unwittingly to the butcher and paying for that butcher's meat. I am just one customer and so I can only imagine how many other customers they have stolen from.
