Predator to those with little or no credit

My experience with Blue Hippo has been horrible. This company preys on those with bad credit and relies upon an individual defaulting on payments. Which is why they can't ship out the product as they are not in the habit of actually providing the products once paid for.

This company began drafting my account in November of after making all payments on time and returning all documentation (several times via fax and mail) I have still not yet received my laptop. Then to find that even though they offer financing, I will not receive the "gifts" until all payments are made, at this rate who knows when that will be. (This term "gifts" is used loosely because I strongly doubt that the laptop I might receive will be worth the $2,300 I will have paid when this is done).

Not only has the laptop not shipped no one can tell me when it will ship. The customer service team reads from a script and are no more helpful than the website that only shows you all of the money you have invested for a product you may never see.

Anyone reading this please be advised that this is not a once off ordeal, this company is just what it appears to be, "To Good To Be True".
