These jerks at Indianapolis water don't provide any way to pay your bill without getting hit with their service charge other than the old paper check. They charge $2.50 to pay with a Check or credit card over the phone!
They charge $2.50 to pay with a check or credit card online! They charge $1.50 to pay at a local check cashing place. They accept drop off payments on the west side of the city in a neighborhood you will get shot if you go to!

It would be nice if they had a payment location available so the people on the east side didn't get have to get taken on the service charge EVERY month.
