We were trying to buy a house that was a short sale, with Marilyn as the listing agent. It appears she does not want to sell houses. Everything we requested she acted like it was the most inconvenient thing in the world to get us... Disclosures! Then they were all scribbled out on and unclear, and when we asked for some detail she said "enough is enough, move forward or move on". What?! This is a huge investment and she just wants us to sign away and take our deposit. Do not deal with them! Especially if you are a seller! No wonder this property is about to be foreclosed on, it has been on the market for a year!
