Took my money for simple legal services, could not do the work, will not answer me for almost 2 years

I gave BW $250.00 for a simple will & med directive. He E-mailed me a sample form on WORD. I do not have WORD and could not open the file. I E-mailed this info to him 2 or 3 times. He never responded. I went to his office and as I got there he just arrived. He locked himself out of his office and went to a nearby cafe, got a butter knife and popped the lock. I do not want anyone doing professional work for me, having all my personal records in an office where the lock can be popped with a butter knife.

I told him not to finish the work and asked if I got any of my money back. He said yes, I would get it all back. Almost 2 years later, I have not had one respsonse from him to the many, many requests I have sent him.
