Complete rip-off, did not make any of the changes that i asked & then lied 2 my face

Put scoot in 4 tune up & minor repair. Showed owner what I wanted done & he supposedly wrote it down. When i went 2 pick it up an argument ensued because i could not see any repairs made as i had directed. The argument became heated & i just wanted 2 get outta there before i lost control, & so i paid him & went home where i found that 2 add insult 2 injury I found that the front cowl had been cracked, & i have the pics 2 prove it. This man is rude & crude 7 need 2 get his just rewards now-rather than later. How people like this stay in biz. I have no idea.& oh yaeh, he said after the fact that he charges $50.00 per hr. Even in this day & age isnt that outrageous? I mean ok if he did what he was supposed 2, then alright-maybe, but 2 try & bull his way thru & not be held accountable is unacceptable.
