Refusal to replace faulty computer after 2 unsuccesful warranty repairs

These scumbags delivered me a damaged asus S37Z having a damaged 8400M. They'll not return the cash after only 2 weeks and WOn't ship to Europe. They would like to substitute the 8400M with another 8400M, that'll overheat and split again. They WOn't I would like to keep in touch with somebody in control to straighten out this issue with Asus and finally Nvidia, the folks who're tearing all 3 people down.incredibly rude and ignorant customer care. Completely inappropriate and that I will soon be in touch with my attorney to obtain my cash back
