Dishonest Rip-off false promises

They charge $99.00 up front for membership fees. They promise to give you 30 to 35 leads per year for bidding on remodeling jobs for property managers (then if you get the job pay a percentage of that amount also).

We paid the membership fee seven months ago and have got nothing. We have called their phone # but only get the answering machine; we have left several messages but they never call back. Their address turns out to be a "Mailboxes Etc."
