I'm the homeowner There is an association fee to be paid monthly to REL Management, Inc. However i don't have a problem paying the monthly hoa fees and i know some parts of the hoa fees are for the grounds around the property but i have never seen anyone outside of the property maintaining it the grounds are a horrible mess there is trash all around the area (remember i do own the property) i have sent a letter to REL Management, Inc. And called i have never received a response regarding the issue i'm having w/this property however i have received a bill for the association fees.
