HSBC money hungry rip scam artists

I would like to know how the company heads of HSBC can sleep at night ripping off people as they do.

I sent in an extra payment of $150 dollars after I had sent in the required $139 paymentrequesting that the extra $150 be put towards the principle balance. To my delighted surprise (I am being sarcastic) I discovered that $90 plus dollars (from the $150 dollars principle balance) was put towards interest and then I still had to make my 139 dollar payment the next month in which they still charge me interest on both those payment.

Not only has the above situation occurred but I have purchased many cars/toys with titles and not once have I ever had to pay the DMV to clear the lien holder off the title until I did business with such a company like HSBCI had to pay $15 dollars to the DMV to get HSBC off my title—and to top it off I overpaid the payoff balance and HSBC is going to keep that money. Now times that by a few thousand accounts&just another way to makes millions

I KNOW HSBC DOESN'T CARE nor do I at this pointI will NEVER use (i am boycotting) HSBC again nor will I buy anything from any company (Best buy, ECT) that uses this piece of junk company (me being polite now) &how can HSBC management live with themselves knowing that HSBC does this to the very same people who keep that company operating.

I have never gone out of my way to make an effort to tell people not to use any company because of bad business practices but be assured I will tell everyone I know not to use HSBC or any of the companies HSBC services. I have balanced transferred the remaining balance to a different loan and my account is now closed, thank god, after I spent 1 hours trying to get a hold of anyone who could help me&again nice customer service
