Rip-off scam, stole our children xmas funds mistreated and ripped off lied to us

We were contacted over the phone for credit repair with approved credit cards. The conversation was carried out with a woman named Chelsea. We had filed bankrupties in 2001 from the extreme amount of medical bills from our son death.

So we explained to them that funds are short and what we had was for our other 2 children for xmas gifts. Chelsea guarrenteed us our credit cards in the mail before xmas. She took all our info for the cards. She recorded the bank info and consent.

So We gave info from our checking account for a posted dated check for $198.50. @ weeks later, we recieved no cards but 3 pieces of papers with credit card bank infos. Being upset and feeling betrayed, I made a call to the number she gave us in the begining. When I called the number a gentleman answered and refused to transfer me to Chelsea.

So I tried to explain why and what was the problem. He argued with me and said we dont give cards, we sell memberships for giving you a guarrenteed card exceptance with banks.

So I asked for his Manager, he said he had to have him call me back, I told him he better or I was calling a TV staion. So manager called me back and said mam we have you on recording, I said good play it back to me! So he plays me a few minute conversation on the bank info and permission from me. Not the 45 minute whole conversation we had with Chelsea!

So he tells me we can refund you money if you prove that the list of banks reject you. I told him them banks want close to what we paid them for a memebership fee too. He said that he has never had a problem with any other customers. I told him thats probably cause the are not brave enough to fight you. So to get to the point of the last attemp of contacting them. I get another gentleman.

He uses the F words and carry ons a conversation with some one in background thinking I cant hear him. And keeps repeating I don't have to deal with this F*ckin Bullshit! Well I confront him and he denied swearing, I told him I have had it and we don't get to live on a island of luxury and work hard for our food, housing, ect... He responded I'll send you anouther list of banks and hung up... I havent tried to call them back, and yes they sent another list.

Also one of the banks we did call instead of going online too, said they never heard of a company call Total Benefits, or our affilaited with them! That was Premier Bankcard Inc.
