I was ripped off by Premium One aka PRI also. I was told I was approved for 5 credit cards with a $5,000.00 limit and all i had to give was $239.00 and i will get a list of banks i can use. So being a naive 21 year old I said okay. Gave my acct number and the money was taken out on the 9th of Jan. 2004. Well 2 weeks later i don't get anything. Well i call and they tell me they didn't get my money.

I pull my bank statment and say thats BS you did get my money. They tell me to fax over my statement, we'll send the list today. A few weeks i get nothing and i call and they didn't get my fax so i fax it again i call to make sure they got it and they say yes the list will get mailed that day. This was in like march.

I still don't get anything. I have called them so much i have the damn number memorized and programed in my cell. I finally notified the Better Business Bureau and apparently they were investigated. I called PRI on the 12 or 13 of July told them I was going to contact the attorney general if i didn't get anything back from them and they told me my refund will be send out on the 16th of July so i'm assuming the BBB went and investigated. So we'll see if i don't get anything by then end of the month i will call the attorney general and send in my letter to him. I already have the forms and stuff printed.

I was told also that there is a counterclaim lawsuit filed on this company. Hopefully something will get done.
