Rip me off for 2100 dollars contacted none of my criditors for negotions

I enrolled with debt settlement USA in early january and paying $645.00 a month into an account that they were taking their payment of $435 out of and the rest was to be used to pay off my creditors with when it built up.

It built up to $1600 available to pay any one of my creditors but they refused to pay off my lower creditors and told me to save more so we could pay off the higher ones.

At this point i new i was being ripped off so i closed the account and sent them a letter to cancel my enrollement and asked for a refund of the $2100 they had taken from my account.

I also filed a report with the BBB of arizona. I have not heard a response from debt settlement USA as of yet.
