Said i won a expensive watch and a chance to win $7,000 plus must pay for magazines

Was called on Aug 5 and was told they were trying to reach me for some time. They said i won a expensive Geneva watch. I was told to watch the dates Aug 30 and Sept 15 for a chance to win $7,000 trip, if i just wanted the money they would take off $500 for the set up fees.
I was urged to answer yes to their questions to a recorder. They gave me a tracking number and a phone number but i had to ask for this myself. They throw various fees at me that confused me. The first young lady (main) said she wanted to call me and wanted to send me a picture of her.

I call my credit card company (debit) and they said contact Magazine and tell them to take my off their service, some help Huh.
