Fraudulent scam artists

I noticed a charge from "worldwide preffered publishers" (wpp) on my debit card that was pending. I dont know who these people are or how they got my information so I had my bank deny the charge. I called wpp and gave them false personal information but the correct transaction # and bank name so they were able to look up the charge. They thanked me for confirming my information (and continued to call me the false name I just gave them!) and said that they had a recording of me making an order with them and I still owe over $600!! They are obviously a scam company!

About a week later I check my account and notice a charge from "MAGAZINES 800-830-7753 CA" for the same amount as wpp. Call the bank only to find out I got it to late and they cant reverse the charge, the account is drawn into is no longer a valid account!

I have since reported my card # stolen and after my bank not being able to do anything about my missing money or even letting someone take it out in the first place.
Please avoid this company at all cost.
